Custom Finnish lighting in Janni Hussi’s bedroom

Janni Hussi is a Finnish media personality, presenter, entrepreneur and rally co-driver known for her fearless attitude and versatile career. Her bedroom offered a beautiful setting for a collaboration with QUU Design, bringing together personal colour choices and distinctive Finnish lighting design.

 

A custom statement chandelier for the bedroom

The focal point of the bedroom is a custom QUU chandelier composed of five individual pendant lights. Its distinctive colour palette combines elegant black, soft powder pink and natural ash wood. 

The rhythmic arrangement of different-sized wooden details and clear glass components gives the chandelier a sculptural yet balanced appearance. Powder-pink tones bring softness and warmth to the composition, while black details add a modern contrast. 

 

Black table lamps complete the lighting concept

Two black QUU table lamps were selected to complement the custom chandelier. The table lamps repeat the darker details of the pendant composition and connect the different elements of the bedroom lighting.

During the day, the lamps work as sculptural interior objects. In the evening, their warm light creates a soft and calming atmosphere in the bedroom.
